西門(mén)康（SEMIKRON）晶閘管、或二極管模塊的目標(biāo)應(yīng)用包括逆變器或UPS系統(tǒng)的輸入整流器（單相、三相、不可控型、半控型或可控型）、軟啟動(dòng)應(yīng)用和控制系統(tǒng)。
semikron可控硅模塊/二極管模塊系列，SEMIPACK®是所有功率半導(dǎo)體模塊鼻祖。它是在1975年由賽米控公司首先研制成功，并從那時(shí)開(kāi)始整個(gè)模塊系列的生產(chǎn)。它的負(fù)載電流從15A到1200A，并根據(jù)市場(chǎng)要求生產(chǎn)多個(gè)版本。所有SEMIPACK®都有銅質(zhì)底板。
